Waller, Todd & Sadler Architects is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, dependable, and detail oriented. As Receptionist, you will be seated at the front office lobby to receive and direct phone calls and welcome guests. You will be responsible for keeping the office looking its best and running smoothly.
Other duties include typing letters, meeting minutes, and various documents as well as managing office supplies, data entry, distributing mail and packages, managing catering for weekly meetings, and providing general assistance to all staff members as needed. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications required. Candidate shall have basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and the ability to operate office equipment such as personal computers, video conferencing equipment, calculators, fax machines, and copiers.
1-3 years’ experience supporting an Architectural/Engineering/Design firm, including knowledge of AIA documents, is a plus. The successful candidate shall demonstrate strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
