Waller, Todd & Sadler Architects, Inc. (WTS) is pleased to announce an exciting development in the firm’s commitment to providing our clients with exceptional products and services. After 57 years in the architectural business, we will now provide in-house civil engineering services.

Mr. Knightes offers over 10 years of experience in site development design, for both commercial, residential and Department of Defense properties. Mr. Knightes is well versed in stormwater management, hydraulic design, VSMP permitting and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Erosion and Sediment Control compliance, and LID (Low Impact Development). Mr. Knightes is also extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Best Management Practices and designing unique solutions to complex stormwater issues. His responsibilities will include the design, preparation of construction drawings, specifications and submittals required for plan approval.
Mr. Knightes holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and an Associate’s in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Virginia and North Carolina, and is also registered with NCEES. We are pleased to have Matthew Knightes join our team.
